Jazz, Jeans & Jewels, is the theme for the second annual Hearts & Arts Valentines Event. Doors open at 5:30 for a no host bar and dance lessons with Walt & Delia. Local artists, Ginger Oakes & other fine area artists, will exhibit and offer demonstrations and work for sale that evening. An art drawing will give one lucky winner a masterpiece! The Mary Chavez Band and other local musicians will be on hand to provide a blend of jazz, Latin, and pop dance music. This is a 21 & over only event.
